Can I not use my real address?
You don't need to use your real address, but you must fill in the address of a nearby Australia Post parcel locker. Please use your real mobile phone number if possible; otherwise, you won't be able to receive the locker pickup code, and the package will be returned to the post office, requiring you to provide your real ID to collect it. We do not compensate for lost packages not due to seizure or detention.
Are your cigarettes authentic?
Guaranteed authentic. If you have any doubts, you can buy two to try. You won't lose out or be cheated.
Is it safe to have a package delivered to my home?
It's fine for personal use in small quantities, but there's a small chance it might be seized by customs. If it is seized, we will resend it.
Do I get a discount if I buy a large quantity?
Yes, you can, but you'll need to ask customer service.
